Standard Shipping Charges:

We charge for shipping and Handling. Your credit card will be billed once your order has shipped. There will be a minimum shipping charge of $6.50 for each order.

If we find that an order is oversized and/or extremely fragile and cannot be shipped via standard UPS, we will notify you of shipping costs. You will be billed once your order has been shipped and you have approved shipping costs.

Express Shipping:

If you would like express shipping, please notify us via email to request express shipment and we will reply promptly with rates and exceptions, if they apply.

Shipping outside the Continental US and International shipping:

We will inform you of shipping costs to destinations outside the Continental US.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is not in stock we can back order it. you will be notified when the item is available. If you indicate you still want it, it will be shipped to you with accompanying shipping charges. You will be free to decline it if desired.

Variations in products:

Please remember that most of our products are made exclusively by hand and no two items are exactly the same, so there might be slight variation from the photo on the website. We inspect all our products and assure their quality. Slight variations in color or other elements are not considered grounds for return.

Damaged Items:

We will accept defective merchandise returns on item(s) within 15 days of purchase date.

If an item arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within five (5) shipping days. Either by email, or by phone, 520-623-8654. Save all original packing materials and keep the item in the original packing box for UPS inspection.
